March 2020, Warsaw. A group of sculptures sewn from old sponge, inspired by images of sea animals trapped and deformed by human made plastic pollution. I hope that putting human beings in place of animals will help us to use our compassion and understand the harm we are causing to other beings and to one another between us. This group is part of one composition with the Homo Empathicus sculpture, providing a warning and a vision for hope.
